and they would look roughly the same
A Republican co-worker came in the day after the election and said, “I’m glad [neighboring state] voted for Trump. I didn’t want to have to shoot my way through them.” And he’s not on the fringe with that sentiment.
These people have romanticized war, violence, and the southern confederacy. I’m convinced that if Trump had lost, Republicans would have started another civil war.
My point being this: As bad of taste any of these politicians leave in your mouth, they are watered down versions of their constituents.
We will be in civil war if Trump is stopped, or we will become the agressors in World War 3 if he remains.
Nah, modern day Americans are couch covers who couldn’t civil war their way out of a Walmart.
I think if the assassination attempt was successful (not that I hope for or advocate such things, just talking about potential outcomes of that event) we would be months deep into a Civil War by now
Biden starts failing in debates to the point even supportive democrats admit it. Trump looks like he has a clear tip in the scales he needs to win. A few weeks go by and suddenly Trump is dead on the stage in Pennsylvania. Before the blood dries people are pointing fingers and theories form. Seeking justice becomes seeking revenge, tit for tat violence that escelates faster than anyone can gather facts. Chaos.
Agreed. Trump needs to go, but assassination would make things even worse. Trump, Musk, and Vance need to die of simultaneous heart attacks while jacking each other off in a K-fueled rager. That’s the only way we get out of this.
A movement may have died with him, most of the energy after anger/grief over death was spent would’ve died with him, but we’ll never know.
Now we are here so it has its own momentum regardless of whether or not he dies in his sleep.
I agree with this. Trump Delirium is a cult of personality (Trump literally speaks like Jim Jones according to my friend who has listened to the recordings of the people dying of cyanide poisoning in the background while Jones gives his last speech), and cults of personality rarely survive their leaders. Even in cases where the leader has named a successor, the magic dies with the leader and the cult often splinters into pieces led by various people from within the cult looking to grab power for themselves.
I think the Republican party would survive, as many pre-date Trump and the majority still support their hateful views, but I think if Trump died, it would be a major blow to the coherence of a unified party for some time.
I welcome the power vacuum and dog eat dog that follows.
There’s already a power vacuum DNC side. The whole thing collapses when that old orange man kicks off in his sleep
The pundits have somehow done a good job of selling Elon. Whether or not they can do the same with Vance or Johnson remains to be seen.
I’d disagree. But we’ll never know.
That’s pretty discriminatory to compare that historical figure to that ugly blonde beast
One looks like she enjoyed getting railed by gym bros and then the other didn’t go to gym.
At least the Samsquanch would be knowledgeable about corn dogs, which makes a total of one subject more than MTG has mastered.
love the tpb reference
Damn, solid point. Whelp there goes that theory.
Wish she could get the Black Mirror version of “Blocking”. That would make life easier for everyone.
I jerk off to Marjorie Taylor Greene foot pictures.
I mean, those usually don’t show her face, so
The best ones do.
You mean hooves?
I’d rather fuck a goat with actual real man hooves than have to hear this cretin say anything ever again.
Pfft - those aren’t her toes, Dude.
