Technically he’s a convicted felon (34 times over), but only an ajudicated rapist because he was found liable for rape in a civil lawsuit and not convicted of it in a criminal case. Having him as POTUS is still disgusting.
It was only not “rape” because in NYC it’s very specific. And since she couldn’t confirm if it was his finger or penis (lol) it’s not " rape", its sexual assault.

Then say “Ajudicated Rapist” or just “Rapist” because both of those are accurate. He was sadly never convicted of rape.
