I’ve never been middle class as an adult. I believe I am what’s known as is “dirt fucking poor.”

I’m no expert, but this seems like it’s either bs or based on irrelevant class (sub(sub(sub)))boundaries.

Are they saying above the figures they state is upper class?
(And like, eg quite a few of the police force are therefore upper class?)

So, by this article (if I understand it correctly) middle class can afford a modest house, a family vacation or two per year, some cars & even a few savings? And this description isn’t of the lower class, it’s for the middle class?
So lower class is just there to work (the same amount of labour as the middle & top class) and think about their life choices (mostly pre-made for them)?

Are we really not trying to evolve our societies?
