Still, though. Mood, amirite.
Would you say that kid’s wearing an Op or a Lightning Bolt shirt?
I’m going with Lightning Bolt, because I don’t remember such huge collar on Op shirts. Of course, my memory could be glitching.Remember how Op shirts were everywhere? Conversely, Lightning Bolt shirts were harder to come by, therefore cooler.
Meanwhile, with pants it was the opposite. Lightning Bolt was everywhere, Op was scarcer.Ah yes… the good ol’ days!
Exactly like the type of picture that would have been part of an Internet K-hole massive photo-dump a couple of decades ago.Dude looks in his 60s but likely those are his kids and he had a rough first 40 years…
He probably is 40 and smoked 35 of those years
to the tune of Holiday Road

I can narrow it down to the 1970s in California.
It could be Nevada
Possibly. I was going by the California plates on two of the cars but that doesn’t really mean anything.
Based on the flashy style lights around the sign, I’d guess Las Vegas. Super close to California, so that would explain the license plates.
But zooming in on the texture of some background buildings, I’d bring it back to L.A.
All Holiday Inn signs looked like that.
Super iconic at the time.
70s CA or NV would be my guess as well. Love the aesthetic
Is that Marlon Brando?
is Found still operating?
edit: apparently no :( https://foundmagazine.com/ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Found_Magazine
Ffffound.com is gone too.
Edit: I know your comment had nothing to do with him, but ow you’ve got me reminiscing about the digital artworks of Yugo Nakamura (yugop.com, or https://tha.jp/ if anyone is interested).
i can’t load the site now but i remember yugop. It was unlike anything else on the web.
Holy crap. The boy on the left could have been me. Check out the huge collar and bell bottoms.
The girl on the right could have been my brother. :D
