2 days agoJust in case youd like a second opinion i think its closer to 7% so you might want to start making arrangements in case we need to take the leg. I know a good surgeon if you want to avoid the wait at the ER.

If you are unable to afford the fee for a state id then you would be considered indigent and would be able to get some kind of waver for the fee.
