  • I know life is tiring but just in case you are also physically tired from lack of sleep. I recommend taking 5 mg of melatonin, if you have 8 hours of sleep available, for a few days.

    There are times when I don’t sleep well, tossing turning etc, and melatonin every so often helps me catch up on a good night’s sleep. I’ll wake up feeling a lot better.

    It won’t solve your life problems but it will help alleviate the unwanted feelings from not sleepy well.
