21 days agoNetcup’s website didn’t give IP information for any of their sites, that I could find. Are the IP ranges on many of the black lists?

The IP addresses they issue to the server you buy.
Many discount VPS providers do nothing to get their IP addresses off of the the blacklist/blocklists that they end up on from the nefarious things their users do.
